• Inspect all wiring for cuts, tears, or loose connections
• Check and replace the 10A fuse if blown
• Make sure all connectors are fully plugged in
• Verify the ground connection is secure
• Confirm battery power is reaching the switch
• Compare your setup to the provided wiring diagram and ensure everything is connected properly
Q: My kit turns on but does not spray. What should I check?
• Check the water pump and clear hoses for kinks or blockage
• Make sure the tank contains water
• Verify the solenoid is wired correctly
• Verify the arrows on the solenoid are facing the correct flow direction
• Check hose fittings and spray nozzles for leaks or loose connections
Q: Where should I avoid routing hoses and wiring?
• Keep clear hoses away from hot exhaust components and the differential to help prevent heat damage
• Avoid pinching hoses or routing them near moving suspension components
