3. Installation Responsibility

Installation should be performed carefully and properly. If you are not experienced with automotive wiring, mounting, or vehicle modifications, we recommend having the product installed by a qualified professional.

DriftMist Performance is not liable for installation errors, vehicle damage, electrical issues, leaks, loose fittings, improper mounting, or any other problems caused during or after installation.

4. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate, including your name, billing details, shipping address, and contact information.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory issues, or misuse of our website.

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, or other issues outside of our control.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, DriftMist Performance is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

6. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been processed. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong item ordered, change of mind, or products that have been installed, used, or modified. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at driftmistperformance@gmail.com with your order number and photos/videos so we can review the issue and make it right.
