Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been processed. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong item ordered, change of mind, or products that have been installed, used, or modified. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at driftmistperformance@gmail.com with your order number and photos/videos so we can review the issue and make it right.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days excluding weekends and holidays after payment has been received.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

The customer is responsible for any additional customs or import charges.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

DriftMist Performance is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier delays, customs delays, incorrect addresses, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

DriftMist Performance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
